The Westwood Property Fund was established in 2016 with a primary focus on high-quality, grocery-anchored neighborhood and community shopping centers. It offers investors asset diversification, commercial real-estate exposure within high-growth markets, and superior demographics spanning 11 states nationwide. The fund was consolidated on Setember 1, 2016 with the roll-up of 550 limited partnerships into a limited liability company. This fund is currently closed to new investors.
