We prefer properties located in the Western United States and Texas, the Southeast and Southwest, and Chicago, from multi-tenant unanchored strip centers to grocery anchored shopping centers and power centers.

Product Type

Urban strip centers or storefronts with parking, unanchored strip centers, anchored strip centers and grocery-anchored community centers.

Transaction Structure

All cash buyer or will acquire with existing debt under select circumstances.

Tax Protection

We can exchange a seller’s equity into Westwood Financial, LLC units.

Demographics

Three-mile population greater than 80,000 people and a median household income greater than $80,000.
