A value-add investment is a commercial property with existing income but offers opportunities for improvement via operational enhancements, market repositioning, lease-up, or redevelopment. This Fund offers investors and advisors the diversity of investments in a fund format without having to select individual investments. Target returns to investors will be 5-10% cash-on-cash with a total target of 13-15%.
